YQ Community Code of Conduct

Yes Queen is a platform created for the prevention of workplace bullying. 

The purpose of this Community Code of Conduct is to ensure that all members of the Yes Queen community have a positive experience – coming together for knowledge, practice to expand our brain, body and spirit.

This code of conduct covers our behaviour, as well as all members of our community in any social forum, website, private correspondence or public event. 

As a member of the Yes Queen community we ask that you adhere to these behavioural principles:

• Be considerate 

• Be patient

• Be respectful 

• Be graceful

• Communicate effectively 

All events held by Yes Queen are governed by the same policy. All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers are required to follow this policy. 

Policy

We love reading all your comments on our social channels and are so grateful to see the growing dialogue around the Yes Queen movement. 

To ensure all the members of our community feel safe and comfortable within these forums we will not tolerate offensive verbal or written comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, are sexually suggestive, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, bigoted, incites violence, or is otherwise objectionable material of any kind.  This includes, but is not limited to the use of punctuation characters or symbols to simulate swearing. 

Posts which we consider to be inappropriate in this way or otherwise unlawful, will not be accepted and may be deleted without prior notification. We may terminate your access or suspend your access to all or part of the Yes Queen platforms, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, our partners, a service provider, sponsor, or us.
